The US District Court for the District of South Carolina is currently accepting quotes for
treatment services for Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. If you are submitting a quote, please note responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. EDT, Thursday, July 9, 2020.

An optional pre-bid tour will be held at the Matthew J. Perry, Jr. U. S. Courthouse in Columbia, SC on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Questions must be submitted in writing and should be emailed to:
wanda_williams@scd.uscourts.gov by 3:00 p.m. EDT, Thursday, July 2, 2020.

If you do not intend to submit a response, acknowledgement of such will be appreciated.

The United States District Court for the District of South Carolina continues to closely monitor the national response to the respiratory illness caused by Coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to assure the public that we are reviewing the recommended guidelines provided by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control and the Centers for Disease Control to ensure our planning is based on the best available information from public health experts to ensure the safety and health of our visitors and staff.

For those required to appear in court or who are called as jurors:

In the event that you have traveled internationally, have been asked to self-quarantine by any doctor, hospital, or health agency, have been diagnosed with or have had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, or you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, please contact the court before appearing. The court will make reasonable accommodations and reschedule appearances and hearings as needed.

Notice to Public Access Terminal Users:

The court's public terminals are not currently available and use of an online PACER account is required at this time to access court records. Depending on the volume of information accessed, your PACER account usage may be free as total access fees of under $30 per quarter are automatically waived. Please contact PACER at https://pacer.uscourts.gov or 1-800-676-6856 for registration information and fee exemption request provisions.
