- Local Civil Rule 16.12(A)(4) has been modified to change some of the qualifications for certification of mediators.
- Local Civil Rule 16.10(H) has been revised to specify that, within thirty (30) days after mediation is concluded, the mediator is to complete our standard Alternative Dispute Resolution Tracking Form and forward that to the ADR Program Director.
