Local Civil Rules - Local Civil Rule 16.10(H) has been revised to specify that, within thirty (30) days after mediation is concluded, the mediator is to complete our standard Alternative Dispute Resolution Tracking Form and forward that to the ADR Program Director. (updated January 2006)
