Seminar Disclosure

Pursuant to the September 2006 Judicial Conference policy regarding privately funded seminars, federal judges and privately funded program providers must disclose financial and programmatic information of attendance at privately funded educational programs. 

This disclosure includes the following information:

  • individual judges reports of attendance at privately funded seminars
  • the name of the program provider or providers
  • the name or title of the program
  • the dates and location of the program
  • the various presentation topics and the speakers expected respectively to address each topic
  • all the program provider's source(s) of support, financial or otherwise
