Orders for transcripts or tapes of electronically recorded proceedings should be directed to Gil O'Brien at (843) 579-1414 for proceedings held in Charleston or Kurt McKaughan at (803) 765-5425 for all other locations. Payment for the cost of the transcript must be made before the order is officially placed. Checks are made payable to the transcriber, not to the Clerk of Court. You will be given the transcriber's name when you request the transcript.
Duplicate tapes of proceedings may be purchased for $26.00 per tape.
