NOTICE AND REGISTRATION
Class size is limited so registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you register for a class and later realize you cannot attend, please call 803-253-3676 to cancel at least 48 hours prior to class time. If the class is full, please check back for cancellations that create vacancies. Also, based on responses and as classes become full, additional classes may be added.
CM/ECF Classroom Training
The United States District Court for the District of South Carolina began Electronic Case Filing in February 2005. Training is required and may be obtained by completing the the on-line ECF Tutorials or attending a 2-hour classroom training session.
Sessions have been approved for CLE credit. Attorneys and their staff are invited to participate. Non-attorneys attending without their attorney should register using a 0 as their Bar Number.
Electronic Courtroom Training
The United States District Court, District of South Carolina is sponsoring this program in Columbia, Charleston, Florence, and Greenville. The training will include demonstrations of all equipment, including audio and evidence presentation. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and use the equipment. If you plan to use this equipment in the trial of a case, please be advised that you must first undergo training such as this for the use of the same. Attorneys, paralegals, technical staff, and anyone interested are invited to attend.
The program has been approved for 2 hours CLE credit through the S.C. Bar.
Signs will direct you to the appropriate courtroom upon entry to the courthouse.
